Throughout the year, employees nominate colleagues who demonstrate our values of We Care, We Share and We Make It Easy. Every nomination is recognised and celebrated, with four winners selected each quarter and one overall Employee of the Year recognised annually.
Keep the Wheels Turning is about making sure the contributions of our people are seen and celebrated – from the everyday actions that support a teammate or customer, through to ideas and improvements that make a difference across our business.
