BBQ BLOKE- WENDYS HOMEMADE IRISH CREAM

Wendys Homemade Irish Cream (copycat Baileys) is so easy, you will never need to buy it again.

  • 1 can (395 mL)  condensed milk
  • 1 cup (250 mL) thickened cream
  • 1⅔ cup (400 ml) Irish whiskey 
  • 1 shot (30mL) of espresso/1 tsp instant coffee (dissolved in 30mL of hot water)
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup/topping
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Put all the ingredients into a blender

Mix on low speed for 20 seconds

Increase speed to high for 10 seconds

Pour into glass bottles & store in fridge for 2 months
